• Upload PDF documents to detect form fields
• Create fillable PDF forms from scanned or image-based documents
• Fill PDF forms with provided data
• Download completed PDF documents

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PDFSight only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Upload documents containing illegal content
• Process documents you don't have the right to modify
• Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the service
• Use the service for automated bulk processing without permission
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of PDFSight is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that:

• PDF documents are temporarily processed and stored
• Document images are sent to third-party AI services for analysis
• Temporary files are automatically deleted after 6 hours

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of documents you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your documents for the service
• We do not claim ownership of your content or filled forms
• The PDFSight service, code, and branding remain our property

5. Disclaimers

PDFSight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy in form field detection
• Compatibility with all PDF formats
• Continuous availability of the service
• That processed documents will be accepted by any particular system

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFSight and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or documents
• Errors in form field detection or filling
• Service interruptions or unavailability
