PDFSight is operated by Amidship Inc. We provide support for the PDFSight website, API, ChatGPT plugin, and Claude connector.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the file is a PDF and is not password-protected or corrupted.
- Try uploading the document again if a temporary download has expired.
- Include the approximate time of the problem and the workflow you were using, but do not email sensitive document contents.
Privacy and deletion requests
Uploaded files are temporary and are automatically deleted according to our Privacy Policy. To request access or early deletion, email us with the subject “PDFSight privacy request.” Do not attach the document itself.
