Use PDFSight with Claude

Connect a PDF workflow to Claude, then upload, review, fill, and download your form.

Connect PDFSight

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors. In a Team or Enterprise workspace, an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first.
Choose Add custom connector and enter https://pdfsight.com/mcp.
Select Connect. PDFSight opens its secure sign-in page in your browser.
Sign in, or create an account and verify your email. Review the requested read and write permissions, then choose Allow access.
Return to Claude and confirm PDFSight appears as connected.

Try the guided workflow

Download the synthetic Community Day sample PDF, or use a PDF you have the right to process.
In Claude, ask: “Help me make this PDF form fillable.”
Use the PDFSight app shown in the response to upload the PDF.
Review the detected fields before registering the form. Correct ambiguous labels or positions instead of guessing.
Provide fictional values for the sample, ask Claude to fill the registered form, then review and download the completed PDF.

Permissions and document handling

pdfsight.form.write permits upload, analysis, form registration, and filling.
pdfsight.form.read permits access to your temporary registered forms and generated PDFs.
Forms and artifacts are bound to the signed-in PDFSight account. Other accounts cannot retrieve them.
Uploaded and generated documents are temporary. See the Privacy Policy and trust manifest for providers, retention windows, and lazy deletion behavior.

Disconnect or reconnect

Use Claude's connector settings to disconnect PDFSight. To reconnect, select PDFSight again and complete authorization. If a temporary PDF link has expired, upload the original document again; do not send documents, passwords, or tokens to support.
